Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Any applicable setup fees, dispatch fees, subscription fees, or administrative fees are subject to the agreed service agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue

While Union Commerce Co LLC works diligently to secure freight opportunities, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific load availability

  • Revenue amounts

  • Freight rates

  • Business profitability

  • Continuous work opportunities

Market conditions and broker availability may affect load opportunities.

5. Independent Business Relationship

Clients remain independent contractors and retain full control over their business operations.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, or agency relationship between Union Commerce Co LLC and its clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

Union Commerce Co LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Delivery delays

  • Equipment failures

  • Accidents or damages

  • Broker disputes

  • Load cancellations

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for services during the applicable billing period.

7. Service Cancellation

Either party may terminate services at any time, subject to any written service agreements in effect.

Termination does not relieve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.
