Service-Based Business
Union Commerce Co LLC provides dispatching and logistics support services. As our services are digital and performance-based, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
No Refund After Service Commencement
Once dispatch services have started, loads have been sourced, negotiations have begun, or any dispatch-related work has been performed on behalf of the carrier, payments made are non-refundable.
Carrier Setup Fees
Any carrier setup, onboarding, administrative, or registration fees are non-refundable once the setup process has been initiated or completed.
Subscription or Weekly Service Fees
If applicable, subscription fees or weekly dispatch service fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once services have been provided.
Duplicate Payments
If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel dispatch services at any time by providing written notice. However, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed.
Refund Review Requests
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our support team. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
